ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY
The Ministry is made up of four (4) key Departments as follows:

- DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE: Malam Umaru Dikko as Director of Administration & Finance, the Department is in charge of the general administration of the Ministry.
- DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING, RESEARCH & STATISTICS: It is headed by Mal. Hassan Mohammed Birnin Gwari and shouldered with the responsibility of physical Development, Research into Cultural activities & Tourism potentials of the State.
- DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE: Presently headed by Mal. Sa’ad Uba Mohammed, the Department has two major professional Divisional Discipline namely Performing Arts and Visual Arts.
- DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM: saddled with the responsibility of overseeing and ensuring the development of the Tourism and Hospitality facilities in the State, It is headed by Mrs. Binta Baji as Director of Tourism.
